GCSE FOOD WORKSHOP

Students were all slightly outside of their comfort zone (in a good way) and were all so engaged in acquiring some of the complex technical skills expected from them from their upcoming NEA 2! Mr Booker Wilson really inspired the students with his wealth of knowledge and experience in the food industry and I even over heard some conversations about students wanting to explore their options within this chosen path of career after today and using some of these skills towards their final NEA 2 cook.

It was such a wonderful day and we have all left with a real buzz!
